Curbside Service

Dear Clients,

During this unprecedented time we will begin curbside service only starting Monday, March 23rd to help protect both our staff and our clients from the spread of this virus. This will be for everything including exams, wellness visits, technician appointments, surgery drop off/pickup, and food/medication pick ups.

Curbside service entails the following process - when you arrive at our clinic, we will ask you to call the clinic (285-1059) to start the appointment. We will then have a staff member meet you outside. We will ask that you remove your pet from your vehicle. Dogs must be on leash. We will place an additional slip lead on your dog for safety. Cats should be in carriers. Except for very few exceptions, we will have people staying in their cars, and our staff transporting the pets in and outside the building during the exam.

For food or medication pick up, if possible pay over the phone at the time of calling in your order. When you arrive to pick up, please call the office and we will bring the order out to you.

If you are sick or have been potentially exposed to a confirmed case of COVID-19, please delay bringing your pet in. If it is an emergency, please inform us of your condition and if possible have a healthy person bring your pet to us.
